What’s included: Travel to France via ferry and return to London from Paris via Eurostar, accommodation, meals, mechanics, guides and medical support.

Enjoy phenomenal views and take home the memories of a lifetime while walking to the highest point in Britain, the peak of Ben Nevis. All while raising much needed funds for WDM’s campaigns to tackle the root causes of poverty. 

Where: Ben Nevis, Scotland

When: 13-15 Sept 2013

Days: 3 Days (over a weekend)

Non refundable deposit: £75

Minimum sponsorship: £500 (participants have the option of including the cost of the event in this target)

What’s included: Two nights B&B accommodation, packed lunches, fully qualified walking guides. Transport from and to Glasgow.

Challenge yourself with this incredible six day walk along the West Highland Way.

Trek one of the most spectacular long-distance walks in the UK, the West Highland Way. You will walk from the outskirts of Scotland’s largest city to the foot of its highest mountain, following the shores of its largest freshwater loch.

This 95 mile route is an inspiring place to challenge yourself and raise important funds for WDM’s campaigns.

When: 11-16 May 2013

Days: 6 days walking (5 nights stay)

Non refundable deposit: £75

Minimum sponsorship: £850 (participants have the option of including the cost of the event in this target)

What’s included: Overnight B&B. Packed lunches and transport of luggage during the walk. Fully qualified guides....

Doing a sponsored event is a great way to support WDM and win positive change for the world's poor while having the time of your life. We have arranged some events you can take part in or you can organise your own.

It’s been done in minis and vintage cars, now you can do it on your bike. Starting in south London, the ride rolls its way through the winding roads of southern England and on to Brighton.
