Really? ... really? Agricultural development is the best way possible to alleviate poverty in the poorest countries! And I even just finished writing an article using recommendations from many British scholars on how important it is to help developing the agriculture first and foremost. And yet... European countries and the US alike keep on protecting their sector, while pushing for free trade at the same time. And with no shame at all. Cutting aid funds is quite something...
